Abstract

The premise of the formation of science-intensive industries is the accumulation of intellectual capital which is widely used in industry and penetrates to mass production through application of new technologies, materials, machinery. Science-intensive industries are characterized by increasing level of research-anddevelopment costs regarding the output or key factors of production. The identification of science-intensive industries is difficult because they aren’t the complex of homogeneous productions and technologies.
